How Tectoni is led

Shareholders — ownershipOwn the company and provide ultimate conduct oversight through the Annual General Meeting. They set the mandate; they do not run operations.
Board of Directors — governanceHolds delegated authority from the shareholders. Sets strategy and risk appetite, appoints the General Manager, and oversees ethics, audit and safety through dedicated committees.
General Manager — commandTectoni's most senior executive, accountable to the Board for the whole company. Owns strategy and its execution, the operating doctrine, the numbers and the standard.

QHSE & Compliance reports to the General Manager day to day but holds a direct, unfiltered line to the Board on any safety or conduct matter. That line is never closed.
