Purpose

Our goal: to create trust in a more resilient world of geoscience.

How Tectoni is led

Authority follows competence.

A lean Executive Leadership Team built on one operating doctrine: departments cover each other rather than compete, and safety and ethics answer to no one they might have to overrule.

  1. Shareholders — ownershipOwn the company and provide ultimate conduct oversight through the Annual General Meeting. They set the mandate; they do not run operations.
  2. Board of Directors — governanceHolds delegated authority from the shareholders. Sets strategy and risk appetite, appoints the General Manager, and oversees ethics, audit and safety through dedicated committees.
  3. General Manager — commandTectoni's most senior executive, accountable to the Board for the whole company. Owns strategy and its execution, the operating doctrine, the numbers and the standard.
  4. The Tectonians — deliverySix functional seats — Operations, Technical, QHSE & Compliance, Commercial & BD, Finance & Admin, People & Culture — and below them the crews, engineers, scientists and support staff who do the work.
Doctrine

Cover and move

Six seats, one fight, no silos. Each seat's first question is not “how do I optimise my step?” but “how do I set up the next person in the chain to succeed?”

Cadence

The weekly command review

The team turns on a fixed cadence, chaired by the General Manager. Nobody arrives with excuses; everyone arrives with progress, data and honest answers.

Independence

One deliberate line

QHSE & Compliance reports to the General Manager day to day but holds a direct, unfiltered line to the Board on any safety or conduct matter. That line is never closed.

Capability

People and plant.

Expertise and precision: a qualified team of drillers, geologists, geophysicists, laboratory technicians, HSE managers and logistics personnel, operating state-of-the-art equipment to ensure high-quality data collection.

  • Beretta and DESCO drilling platforms — truck-mounted and skid
  • Over-water pontoons and anchored working platforms
  • Syscal Pro 48 resistivity meter · seismographs for SRT and MASW
  • Acoustic and optical televiewer for borehole imaging
  • Drone fleet and terrestrial cameras for photogrammetry
  • JCB backhoe loaders, excavators and support fleet
  • In-house soils, rock, aggregate and concrete laboratory
  • Commercial diving team with in-house divemasters

QHSE & social responsibility

Sustainability is part of our goal.

When we were founded, responsibility to society was one of our core objectives — and it has never been more relevant than it is today.

  • Zero Incident Culture — anyone, at any rank, can stop unsafe work
  • Site-specific Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) for every task
  • Permit-to-Work and Control-of-Work compliance on client sites
  • Quality and safety management aligned to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 practice
  • Environmental controls designed into the method, not bolted on afterwards
  • Community engagement and local employment wherever we mobilise
